Masterclass Plus, launched in January 2022 by The Richling Institute, is a monthly, no-cost online educational program designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly digital and competitive world. 

In response to the pressing need for digital literacy, personal growth, and technical competence, Masterclass Plus provides training in key areas like digital marketing, website development, soft skills, and professional development. 

These sessions are crafted to be accessible and actionable, allowing participants to directly apply what they’ve learned to real-world challenges and career aspirations.

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Masterclass Plus contributes to SDG 4: Quality Education by offering inclusive, high-quality education that promotes lifelong learning; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by enhancing employability and encouraging entrepreneurship; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure by equipping participants with digital and technical skills for a technology-driven world; SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities by providing equal access to skill-building resources; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through collaboration with industry experts and facilitators.

Since its inception, Masterclass Plus has positively impacted over 500 students, with many participants achieving career advancements, securing new opportunities, or launching personal projects that benefit their communities.
